Booking + Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to book a lash service.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash.

Do not pay the total amount online.

Must be 18 years or older.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

  • Lash stylist must be informed of any sensitivity before service.
  • If you had lash work done elsewhere, book a Lash Fill from another technician.
  • No refunds on classes—No exceptions.
  • Ensure you enter the correct email when booking.
  • If you have a lash glue allergy, contact the salon before booking.

Arrival + Late Policy

Arriving on time is essential to ensure you receive the full service you booked. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be reduced accordingly. A $15 late fee will be applied if you do not arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required to secure your spot.

Cancellations

Cancellations on the same day as your appointment will result in a charge for the full amount of the service. No-shows will also be charged the full amount. If you cancel more than twice, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be required to rebook. To maintain fairness, back-to-back cancellations will be banned.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you have previously canceled and need to rebook, you must follow the booking policy. Please note that classes cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances. If you have conjunctivitis (pink eye), kindly reschedule your appointment to a later date.
